Campaign helps to recruit nurses and reduce agency spend

Motivating our own workforce to join our in-house staff bank to improve patient safety, patient experience, reduce nurse agency spend and provide better value for money. Recognising that our nurses are one of our hardest to reach groups we used a targeted social media campaign, supplemented by bus advertising, to recruit to our nurse bank.

Why our case studies are unique:

Each award goes through a rigorous judging process by impartial judges, who are chosen for their knowledge of and relevance to the award category. Every year we receive more than 3000 entries for our five awards programs. Approximately 900 of these are shortlisted via online judging. These shortlisted organisations then present their project to a panel of senior healthcare leaders.
